Class Descriptions


This class will provide you the foundational techniques associated with breath work, postural alignment, and the ground work for strength and mobility. Foundation is open to all levels. It is an excellent place to begin a yoga practice and for others, it provides an opportunity to return to the basics, creating a deeper connection to your practice.

Recuperative Yoga

This class recognizes that not every pose is for every body and puts the spotlight on muscle function and body mechanics. Recuperative yoga focuses on restoring balance, strength, and flexibility through movement pattern instruction and the yoga practice. You will leave feeling refreshed!

This class is appropriate for all levels of practitioner!

Sweat Happens

A multilevel class incorporating sun salutations, standing postures, core training and inversions. Come prepared to build some heat and have fun! As always, modifications are offered to meet the needs of all participants wishing to attend.

Mindful Morning Practice

This is a morning practice designed to start your day off on the right foot. While participating in this mindful movement practice you will experience postures that will create strength, energy and balance while inspiring you to make healthy choices that promote total body wellness over the course of the day.
