Class Descriptions

Peaceful Roots Kids Yoga

Our children’s class will offer a playful approach centered on introducing Mindfulness, coupled with purposeful movement. Participates will learn breathing techniques that they may use to self soothe when encountering daily situations, they find stressful or overwhelming.  We will also learn basic yoga postures to create an environment for learning to practice Mindfulness while connecting to their bodies. We want our kids to leave the studio with a peaceful focus and feeling strong!

This class will provide you the foundational techniques associated with breath work, postural alignment, and the ground work for strength and mobility. Foundation is open to all levels.
